How do I order online?

Click on a category and select a book – click on “add to order” – your shopping basket will appear. In the quantity box please enter the quantity you require and press the “confirm quantlty” button.

To continue shopping and add more books click on the”previous page” link at the top of your screen or the “continue shopping” link at the bottom and use the “add order” button for each book.

Books can be removed by adding a zero in the quantity box and confirming the quantity or be changed by re-entering the number of books and pressing the “confirm quantity” button.

When you have finished your order press “proceed to checkout” at bottom right of the screen and enter your delivery location – click on continue and an order summary appears.

Add your personal details – if you are not on the UK mainland please enter a UK shipper address as delivery address and then proceed to secure payment. (We sometimes consolidate Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland shipments –so please ring for more details). Add your payment details and press send order. Once you have pressed the send order button you cannot make any changes to this order – if you have made a mistake in the order please do ring or email us and we can change it for you.

We will send you a confirmation via email. When we are ready to ship your order we confirm invoice details with our warehouse so you only pay for books that are shipped to you. We then take payment using your credit card details and will despatch your order within 3 days.

Can I save an order and return to it later?

Yes - you can leave your order, turn off your computer and add more books at a later date. Underneath your shopping basket you will find your order ID number – take a note of it and then leave the website. When you want to continue your order return to the home page and enter your order ID number in the box titled restart a previous order” and go from there. The order will save for 4 weeks.

How do I print/download a list of books?

To print a full listing of all books or all new titles go to Home page and click in the links in box on right hand side.

To print a category of books enter the category via the menu on the left and click on the Download / Print this category.

The listing will open a new window, press the print button to print immediately or choose File...Save As to save the file for viewing later.

Are my credit card details stored on the internet?

No, they sent to us using our secure server. We then handle the transaction here. Your details are not stored on the internet or any publicly accessible computer system.

I am trying to place an order but when I go to check out nothing appears to be in my shopping basket.

Our site uses Session cookies (tiny pieces of information stored on your hard drive for the duration of your stay on our site only) to store the contents of your shopping basket. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security and then Click the Custom Level button. You should then be presented with a long list of security features, most of which have three options: enable, disable or prompt. Scroll down the list until you reach the 'Cookies' section.
