Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown, invoiced and payable in UK sterling.
Prices are shown at a net price per book.
Pre payment by credit card is the quickest and simplest way. When books are ready to ship we take payment and books are dispatched immediately. We accept Visa, Mastercard, UK Maestro / Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron, JCB, and Maestro. In line with increased security measures to combat credit card fraud we ask you to fill out all details as comprehensively as possible. We do not store your credit card information so ask you to submit your details each time you make an order.
We also accept payment by BACS - please contact us for our bank details, and by cheque drawn on a UK bank in £ sterling. If you wish to pay by another method please do contact us.
Minimum Order
Our minimum order is £100 net – unfortunately we cannot accept any order under £100.

We do not ship directly outside the UK mainland - but will ship to a UK based shipper of your choice where you can consolidate your books and have them delivered to you at your convienience. Click here to view a list of shipping companies with contact details that are regularly used by our existing customers.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only. Delivery will be made using our standard carriage arrangements as above, should you require any special delivery arrangements please contact us. We do occasionally consolidate Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland shipments – please contact us for more details.
Availability
This site is updated at least twice a week – occasionally books may appear on this site that have previously been sold – we do apologise if you order a book that is no longer available but all orders are subject to availability.

If you have a problem with your order:
Contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order and please have your account number and invoice number to hand. Note that the books are not supplied and sold on a sale or return basis. If you received damaged books notify us immediately to receive a credit or replacements. If we shipped an incorrect title or the wrong number of copies again let us know straight away. We may not always be able to replace stock but will credit or refund the equivalent value of that stock. DO NOT return the items unless we request you to do so.
